Steps
  • get fields from sheet
    • output dir, month-end , masterdata file, template location
  • Link to activeppt
  • Open template
  • go to masterdata sheet and clear the data
  • Open the masterfile
  • find last row and make sure it's less than 30K (not sure why)
  • Updating 10 slides
    • Top n
    • asset class (bonds, stock, muni..)
    • portfolio (US, HedgeFund, APAC, FI, CCPs, Corporates, All, ..)
    • WWR
    • Country
    • Family
    • Credit Quality
    • Ratings
      • A- and better
      • BBB+ and worse

  • For each of the 10 slides
    • Use  CopyChartToPPT - to update
    • select sheet
    • Update slide with CopyChartToPPT
  • Create sql query by pulling from a sheet in rows 1:23
  • Process the SQl
